Out & About On Campus

  • Register for MobilizeYU! Take part in a 6-part interactive course on knowledge mobilization. The course will be taught by leading knowledge mobilization professionals and researchers and take place from June 3 to 19 in Kaneff Tower. Participants can also attend online via Zoom. Register here by Monday, May 27!

  • Digital Literacy Week, a collaboration between the City of Toronto, the Toronto Public Library and more than 20 local organizations, will run from May 27 to June 1. The event highlights the importance of this new form of literacy as well as the challenges and opportunities it creates for people of various ages and skill levels. The event is absolutely free of charge for students, staff and faculty; there are four sessions happening on the Keele campus.

  • The Career Centre has relaunched their T.A.S.T.E. Mentoring Program on the new Experience York platform. T.A.S.T.E. provides York Students with an opportunity to talk face to face with a York Alumna/us about their career-related interests.   • Get outside and find the Sakura Cherry Trees on Campus! More than 100 sakura cherry trees on campus are currently in bloom! The best display of these beautiful flowers is located adjacent to Calumet College. There are also pockets around Keele campus along Campus Walk, and small groups outside the Tait McKenzie Centre and the Schulich School of Business.
