Important Dates

  • The SU Course Withdrawal Period runs from June 29 to July 29.

  • The S2 Course Withdrawal Period runs from July 16 to July 29.

  • The last day to drop a course in the SU term without receiving a grade is July 15.

  • Fall/Winter 2019-2020 course and program fees, which will be impacted by the provincial government’s Student Choice Initiative, will be made available on the Student Financial Services’ Fees webpage by the middle of July.

  • Please submit your Fall OSAP application and all required documents as soon as possible to receive them for the Fall term.

  • Volunteer at York Orientation Day 2019! Are you looking to upgrade your resumé or develop your leadership skills? You’re in luck! Stong College and Calumet College are accepting volunteer applications to help welcome incoming students to the York U community on September 3, 2019. Application deadline is Monday, July 8, 11:50 p.m.

  • Workshop: Mini Multiple Interview Workshop. Attend the Mini Multiple Interview Workshop at Stong College! This hands-on workshop, run in collaboration with the Kinesiology & Health Science Student Organization (KAHSSO), will identify how you can successfully prepare for an interview. Advanced registration is mandatory. Saturday, July 6, 9:45 a.m. to 3 p.m., Stong College 101 Master’s Dining Room.

  • Workshop: Resumé & Cover Letter Writing. Present your experiences, education and skills in a way that showcases your assets and piques employers’ interest in you. Registration required. Wednesday, July 3, 10 a.m. to noon., 103 McLaughlin College (Career Centre Presentation Room).
