Connect with Community

  • You're invited to participate in this Community Tree Planting event at both the Keele Campus and Glendon Campuses, where you can get outdoors and connect with nature. This workshop focuses on racism and discrimination in the workplace, highlighting the relevant policies and laws in place to support efforts that build healthy and inclusive workplace environments and culture.     Workshop: Nutrition for Plant-Based Diets. Whether you're interested in vegan or vegetarian food choices, this workshop looks at the importance of nutrition and nutrients and how to optimize these in plant-based meals. Thursday, Oct. 28, noon to 1 p.m.  Registration required.

    Workshop: Sexual Health 101. Join this session and learn more about sexual health, consent and safe sex. This workshop is open and welcoming to all levels of knowledge and experience. Thursday, Oct. 28, 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Registration required.

    Workshop: Healthy Boundaries in Relationships. This workshop provides you with a guide on building healthy relationships (both platonic or romantic) by discussing topics of consent, improving communication, expressing needs and meeting people that share the same values as you.     Workshop: Navigating Mental Health Resources 101. Join this workshop and learn ways to support your peers with mental health concerns. Crisis Support and Counselling
