Campus Safety

  • goSAFE. Have company when walking to and from York’s campuses with our goSAFE team. Call 416-736-5454, use the Safety App, access blue light emergency phones on Campus or use on-campus safety phones to connect with an escort.

  • Safety App. Receive safety alerts and resources, including campus security, goSAFE and campus shuttles directly to your mobile device through York’s free app.

  • Network maintenance. Network Services will be making changes to improve network performance, reliability and security. The following services will be impacted: All network traffic to the internet, York VPN, AirYorkPLUS Wi-Fi, Passport York, eClass authentication and York’s main website. There will be intermittent outages on Wednesday, October 11, midnight to 8 a.m. and Friday, October 13, midnight to 8 a.m. If you have any questions, please email askit@yorku.ca or call 416-736-5800.
