Important Dates

  • The last day of exams is Thursday, December 21.

    Undergraduate course enrolment fees. Payments for full-year and winter courses are due Wednesday, January 10.

    University Closures. York University will be closed from Friday, December 22, to Tuesday, January 2, inclusive. Campuses will re-open on Wednesday, January 3.  

    Classes for the winter term begin Monday, January 8.

FYI

  • UIT System Maintenance. System maintenance procedures will take place over the winter break. During this time, some student applications and services will be unavailable. Tuesday, December 26, at 11 p.m. to Friday, December 29, at 6 p.m.

    Student Accounts Lifecycle. If you will no longer be enrolled in courses at York, your student computing accounts, including your email, OneDrive and MyApps, will enter an expiry process. To avoid losing any of your documents, download and back up your files onto your personal devices.

    My Online Services. Start checking things off your list such as building your schedule, discovering graduation information and a variety of other resources during the holiday break to get prepared for the term ahead.

    Grades and Progress. Find a list of your final grades for the fall term as they become available by your instructors, and check what else you need to complete your degree.

    GPA Calculator. Find out what your GPA was this fall term and start goal setting by calculating your target for the winter term.

Health & Wellness

  • Well-being Resources. Your mental health is a priority. If you need support during the winter break, explore this website for a variety of services you can get in contact with.
