Unless otherwise stated, all full-time, part-time and mature students are eligible for all the awards in the system so long as they meet the published criteria.

The York University Student Life Award was designed to provide $500 in supplemental support to students who qualify for the YU Automatic Entrance Scholarship (domestic and int'l) or the York Design Automatic Entrance Scholarship to assist with the cost of books, food, etcż The scholarship funds will be paid directly to the recipients YU Card at the start of their study period. In order to be considered for this award, students must accept their offer of admission by the date specified in their offer letter. These funds are non-refundable. Should students subsequently withdraw from the academic term/session in which this award was disbursed, the amount of this award may be reduced and a portion of it recovered.
No application required. Recipients of the YU Automatic Entrance Scholarship (domestic and int'l) and theYork Design Automatic Entrance Scholarship will automatically be considered.
