York University is committed to supporting its students and provides substantial annual support to help them realize their academic goals. Educational costs vary by program and can be met from a variety of sources including private funds and loans, government loans and grants (e.g. Ontario Student Assistance Program - OSAP), scholarships, bursaries, employment opportunities and external awards. Each student is encouraged to maximize as many of these options as possible to reduce their net academic costs.
