Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if there is a credit balance on your student account after all fees and charges have been cleared. For example:
- You may be eligible for a refund if you dropped a course (or courses) before the drop deadline and there were no other charges outstanding on your account (review the current refund table for your Faculty/program).
- You may also be entitled to a refund if you are a scholarship or bursary recipient and your award exceeds the amount of your fees and other charges to your account.
